Very disappointing experience with the receptionist. She was extremely rude and spoke in a very disrespectful manner. When I tried to clarify things, her response was essentially, “When you come, we’ll talk,” instead of addressing the issue politely. The way she communicated was completely unprofessional and made the experience very unpleasant. The doctors at the clinic are genuinely very sweet and professional, which makes the behaviour at the reception even more disappointing. I had Initially visited Dr. Sonali Deshmukh for my Son's Invisalign treatment on my Uncle's recommendation. We found the clinic clean, well organized, and the staff were Courteous + Helpful. The gentle approach, attention to detail helped put our mind at ease as parents of a Pre-Teen. After a thorough evaluation, the treatment plan was explained in detail to us; including the options available. I also had myself evaluated to highlight any underlying issues and started my treatment under the supervision of Dr Bajaj. We had a very positive experience Overall. The doctor and her entire team was very professional, thoughtful and patient with us. All procedures were handled with care and I felt comfortable and reassured throughout.
